Well, if it helps, ие is a pretty common word ending (usually denotes some kind of abstract noun), иве is not.

I said "probably". "Город влюблённых" is more common and it can't be "влюблённый" just by itself, it's normally "влюблённый" into something/someone.

Yep, but in original phrase it's "Путешествие в город влюбленный" - wrong word order. It sould be "Путешествие во влюблённый город".

вязевый is formed either from "вязь" (sort of calligraphic writing... ornate lettering) or less likely from "вяз" (elm tree). To avoid misspellings, you can try Russian search engines like yandex.ru that will automatically correct them for you.

"Вязевый" comes definitely from "вязь" = writing. The adjective from "вяз" = tree would be "вязовый".

it IS comprehensible because this exact spelling is correct for the form of an adjective in nominative case, singular. :) But in this phrase it should be genitive case, plural. Though you can leave it without any changes and it will have some sense
