Thankfully, the second misspelling doesn't render it completely incomprehensible. Although the fact that I had to read your correction 2x to get what changed reveals my utter noobness even more. Thx.

it IS comprehensible because this exact spelling is correct for the form of an adjective in nominative case, singular. :) But in this phrase it should be genitive case, plural. Though you can leave it without any changes and it will have some sense

город влюбленных - the city for those who fall in love
город влюбленный - the city that falls in love itself )))
