Так что так называемая «культура» по-настоящему (is actually?) большая, сложная игра, которой правила дети учат с детства. В частности, правила быть, как все. Это человеческое желание жить мирно со всеми совсем нормально. Но мирного сосуществования не бывает без цены. За мирное сосуществование надо пожертвовать часть собственной свободы, и дети должны это понять. Это почему существует культура – чтобы обучить детей, что выбиваться из ряда опасно для народа. Таким образом владели обществом самые сильные личности в истории.

I'm trying to say that they teach children, that they should not go ahead and stand out, because originality is dangerous for society/the country.

You can use it, although it sounds a little bit foreign to me. Here's the example, with come other changes:

За этим и существует культура - чтобы привить детям мысль, что выбиваться из ряда - опасно.

We never use such phrase, though it makes sense.
"идти против общества" is better.

Well, I also don't understand the idea even in English. Do you mean it is dangerous to stand out for a single person because they could be rejected by the society? In this case it's better to say just "обучить детей, что выбиваться из ряда опасно" as from the context it's clear, for whom standing out is dangerous.

If you mean that the whole society should not stand out - I can't get it. How it is possible to the whole country to stand out?

Or do you mean that standing out of a single person harms the society?
