Sorry to flood the community with questions, just happen to have several at the moment.

How do you ask if something is included with a meal? For instance, if you order ... tsyplennok s sousom "Blue Cheese", and the waiter asks you if you want french fries with that, how do you say "Are the fries included with the meal?" In other words, do I have to pay extra for them? Thanks!
