Sorry to flood the community with questions, just happen to have several at the moment.

How do you ask if something is included with a meal? For instance, if you order ... tsyplennok s sousom "Blue Cheese", and the waiter asks you if you want french fries with that, how do you say "Are the fries included with the meal?" In other words, do I have to pay extra for them? Thanks!

Yep, in Russian we'd rather ask if we have to pay extra for it (exactly Гарнир отдельно?, За картошку платить отдельно?) than if it is included, though this may also exist (Гарнир включён в стоимость?)
