Is there a nice site about address in letters? Or could someone give me a few examples of "Dear John," and "Sincerely/Your friend/Respectfully/Love," openings and closings in letters? (With explanations about closeness of addressee in each case, of course) I just know the standard "Уважаемый Иван Иванович"... "С уважением", but what are more familiar forms?
