I think it says: and when you resist, we will give the order to Kalmyks and Bashkirs to sack and burn the factory.

Here rightly (literary translate):
А если вы воспротивитесь, мы отдадим приказ калмыкам и башкирам разграбить и сжечь завод.

"Воспротивитесь" could change on "будете против" - it isn't meaningful for text, but "воспротивитесь" saving the language-style of 18th century.
