I'm in my fourth year and still trying to understand how participles work...

Is it possible to have participles strung together in a sentence? For example, could one say:
"Проходя мимо кафе я замечаю то, что книгу читаемую мальчиком сидящий в углу, одна из моих любимых", which uses both active and passive participles? Would a sentence like that make sense?

Hi everyone!
I'm just in the process of typing up my partner's work for a group project that we're working on in Russian, and I came across a sentence that I'm not sure of. Our prof read over our stuff today and asked us to correct our mistakes and type it up for tomorrow. My partner had written У Мосвкы.... a couple of times when she meant "Moscow has..." (eg Moscow has 49 bridges...). As far as I can remember, our prof corrected all of these to в Мосвке есть, but my partner didn't write all the corrections down and now I'm trying to remember them! In the sentence "С момент основания, у Москвы была оьень беспокойная история", would you write "с момент основания, в Москве была очень беспокойная история"?

Thank you!

Hey! I was wondering if the people in this community could look over my paper. I'll put it under a cut.

I tried using a curse word, I don't know if it came out correctly. I'll ask more appropriate questions after the essay.
