How would one say the following?

There are 16 deaths per 1,000 people.
Overall, the population growth rate is negative .484%

Есть 11 рождествах из 1,000 человек.
Есть 16 смертельных случаев из 1,000 человек.
В целом, темп прироста населения - отрицательные .484 проценты.

Hi again, what are the best ways to say the following? From a dictionary and from a textbook, I have conflicting answers.

Birth rate
Death rate
Abortion rate
Migrant rate

Can I use the same word for "rate" for all of the above? Коэффициант? Or no?

Does anyone know of a website  that identifies Russian medicines (just basic meds for headaches, colds, etc that can be bought at any apteka) and what the equivalent American or British brand/term would be?
