Hi guys,

Apologies for the lack of context yesterday.  I've now provided the full article in the cut above.

I think it is referring to Viktor Petrovich - the Presidential aide - thank you to the person who pointed that out!

As this is a test piece I do not want too much translation help.  I just wondered if you could tell me:

Is the article a bit or very sarcastic?  Is she really trying to say

a. The bomb in South Ossetia did have something to do with the Kremlin

I especially can't work out this one as I would have thought it genuinely didn't have anything to do with the Kremlin that it was a terrorist act.

Also what sort of paper is Gazeta.ru is uit known to be a liberal paper?
