Letter of permission

Hi guys,

I'm doing a translation dissertaion for my MA degree and we need to get permission from the publisher of the original.  I wonder if you could look through this letter and tell me whether I've got the style right.

 I would particularly like advice on how to begin and end the letter - equivalents of Dear and yours sincerely and would it be possible to say я ищу Ваше решение?
