Так что так называемая «культура» по-настоящему (is actually?) большая, сложная игра, которой правила дети учат с детства. В частности, правила быть, как все. Это человеческое желание жить мирно со всеми совсем нормально. Но мирного сосуществования не бывает без цены. За мирное сосуществование надо пожертвовать часть собственной свободы, и дети должны это понять. Это почему существует культура – чтобы обучить детей, что выбиваться из ряда опасно для народа. Таким образом владели обществом самые сильные личности в истории.

Strictly speaking, the culture isn't a game and isn't a destination or a reason.
And being like others isn't really unique to some cultures, it's a very common thing in our societies. I would say the culture is the set of history, values, behaviors and religious beliefs shared by people who lived together for a long time in some place, at some point. These may or may not be shared with other similar groups of people living elsewhere or in the same place but at a different time. If the culture had been the same, it would've not existed. The culture is how groups of people are different, what was different in the past, what's different in the present and what may be different in the future.
The different meaning of the word культура includes intelligence, education and good manners. Manners and etiquette are sort of a game. But that's only a tiny fraction of the culture. So, I'd say, you should think about the words' meanings well.
