Has anyone ever seen the cartoon with the голубой puppy and the sailor?

1) Is this supposed to be symbolic?

2) Where could I get a copy here in the U.S., or especially on the Internet?

I did asked my parents, although I didn't need to: I REMEMBER hearing the other meaning of this word in the early 80-s. And I don't think it appeared the same year I heard it :-)
The same goes for another double meaning in this cartoon: "pilit'" (remember the nasty fish?) That one is an even older double-meaning word.
What does Okudzhava have to do with this is beyond me.
