1) Is this supposed to be symbolic?

2) Where could I get a copy here in the U.S., or especially on the Internet?

jokes were considered to be too much more than childish jokes and just too much for the children magazine
i have no links, at least because activities of soviet secret authorities are not normally revealed anywhere
