Can someone please tell me what connotation usually goes with заведи? My translator says it means "bring", but how is it usually used in a normal setting, or if shouted out all by itself. (I am listening to a song where they keep shouting заведи! заведи! but I'm wondering if it has a different meaning or if it usually refers to something that people want to bring.) Thank you!

Thank you! In Russian translation it sounds much better, though incorrect. More and more I see that translation distorts the original text a lot.

He-he, the translation you've mentioned was some kind of a translator's freewheelin' fantasy around original Shakespeare's tragedy. In Boris Pasternak's translation, for instance, those two lines were rendered much better --

Гораций, много в мире есть того,
Что вашей философии не снилось.
