Verbs of motion

I forgot to ask this in class yesterday, and now class is over until next fall.

There are two separate verbs for "carry on foot" (переносить/перенести) and "carry by vehicle" (перевозить/перевезти) in Russian. So, which one would you use if you're carrying something by wheelbarrow? What about by little red wagon? And if you're scooting about on rollerskates, would you use ходить or ездить?

Yes, this is completely frivolous. :)

- ездить, but with skis it's ходить (на лыжах). and if you're skating/skiing for fun, rather than to get somewhere, you'd rather use кататься, and that applies to cars/bikes as well.

The most frequently used word for this - "кататься" (go for a drive). This word always (99.9%) used, then you speaks about rollerskates.
Sample:

- Лена, покатаемся вечером на роликах?
- Да конечно, встречаемся через час.

If you are speaking about biking, words "ездить" and "кататься" used. Difference of them - purpose of action. If you use bike for "transport" purposes, the word "ездить" used.
Sample:

- Я езжу на работу на велосипеде.

But, if you use bike for sports or entertainment, the word "кататься" used.
Sample:

- Я катаюсь по вечерам на велосипеде.

Just to point out something, which you may well be aware of already, but just to clarify...

It would be more true to say that носить/нести and возить/везти are the "carry on foot" and "carry by vehicle" verbs, with the пере+ verbs you quoted above being one of many prefixed possibilities.
