I'm not sure if this request conforms to the rules, and even if it does, I realize that this is quite a tall order, to say the least. But it's very important and my Russian is just not technical enough to translate this. So, I am begging someone to translate the below text from English into precise, accurate-as-possible Russian. This is very urgent. All help appreciated.
Thanks so much you guys and sorry for the length!

The Text:

Answers to questions below:

  1. He can just answer “no” – and say that the two of you are simply friends – that you share a lot of interests – that he met you when you were in Russia and you and your mom want him to come for a visit so you and he can have a nice trip and he can see what the US is like - and then point to your invitation letter which says the same thing. Then just repeat it a second time “she’s not my girlfriend – we’re just friends”. Repetition helps to drive home the point.

  1. It is enough to say that he’s met your mom by phone and on webcam and that he’s talked to her quite a few times. He’s a “family friend” as far as your mom is concerned and he should just say that.

  1. He can request to have the refusal in writing and tell them that his lawyer will contact the consulate in a few to discuss the refusal with the consular officer.

  1. Wear a suit, don’t smile - but don’t seem hostile either. Look the officer in the eye –speak clearly in a loud voice (and speak slowly if speaking Russian to a non-Russian). Don’t look down, don’t speak in a soft voice, don’t seem passive or like he’s expecting failure.

  1. They’ll ask him the purpose of the trip and how he knows you. Answer honestly and in detail. If he doesn’t understand a question ask the officer to repeat it and to speak slowly if he cannot understand his/her Russian. If he really cannot understand what they are saying in Russian, say so - as a last resort he could try asking to speak to a different officer.

Nothing else comes to mind. The decision is a legal one – all anyone can do is present the facts as they are – in the best light possible.
