For a student (beginner) who would like to learn specialised vocabulary related to construction, buildings and real estate, I would need to draw up a list.
Unfortunately I do not speak Russian myself and can therefore not validate resources I find on the net.
Could the community members be so kind as to do a quick search and point me in the right direction?

Hi guys. Would you mind looking over my translation? Any suggestions and corrections are welcomed. Also, I can't seem to make sense of the lat sentence. Any ideas?

Here's the Russian part:

стр 44 – ТЕКСТ 1 – Помогает … ШУМ

    Студенты Харьковского автомобильно-дорожного института, изучая иностранный языки, взяли в помощники – звук и даже шум. В их вузе разработана новая методика. На чем она основано? Доказано, что беспрерывная речь продуктивно воспринимается на слух 3-5 минут. Затем наступает торможение. В этот момент важно встряхнуться – здест и помогает шумовой сигнал. Слова. текст запоминаются в тесной связи с умело подобранными звуками – музыкой, шумом моря, трелью соловья… А в дальнейшем такие связи помогают быстрее выуживать из помяти нужные слова и целые фразы: они как бы всплывают вмести со звуками.

Finally! I got a Russian keyboard system that works, hooray!
Now, it came with stickers for the keys. It'll be a LOT easier for me to use the phonetic system, but I'm worried that the standard Russian system is something I should learn...
Are there any practical reasons why I should learn the Standard Russian keyboard instead of the phonetic?
