Hey,
I'm new here - was just directed here and hoped for some answers to my question =)

I've been learning Russian almost 4 Semesters now, and would like to watch some movies in Russian. I've watched "Возвращение" and "Кукушка", which I understood quite well. At least I didn't have much trouble understanding the plot line, although I did not understand every word. Can anyone recommend Russian movies similar to this, with simple dialog?

Some modern films:

Питер ФМ
Стиляги

In both of them visual part is more important than dialogs, so I hope you won't be dissatisfied even if you do not understand all of the dialogs.

I second to recommending 'Питер FM', but I wouldn't recommend 'Стиляги'. The latter contains old-time slang and lots of popular songs often awfully remade to fit the plot of the film. I definitely do not recommend 'Стиляги' for a language learner.
