For those who have difficulties reading Russian: below I ask for links to e-books/pages that deal with Russian case system and especially target (heavy) practice, not just some basic aspects like "there are 6 cases in Russian, their names are bla-bla-bla". I want to give these links to some native Korean guy who happens to be a contributor to Russian Wikipedia but his case system is totally messed up and he can't write a sentence properly.

This book covers the cases nicely, although due to the size it doesn't cover many special cases such that after a certain verb (possibly with a preposition) the object must be in such and such case:

Can you please give some examples of his articles?
I doubt his problems are limited to the cases only.

His Russian isn't that bad. IMO, he basically lacks practice since he makes mistakes in the gender-specific and singular/plural-specific word endings. He needs to improve these first and then work on the cases. A similar typical problem is of using wrong prefixes and mixing perfective with imperfective verb forms. These mistakes are nothing uncommon for those whose language lacks these features or works in a different manner. Suggest him to read the grammar book attentively and read a lot in Russian to get used to its intricacies. That should help. And then, of course, any kind of generative exercise like speaking and writing in large amounts will further his skills.
