Ты понимаешь[,] что ты по-настоящему счастлива

человек[,] который тебя любит

только чтоб как то - I would say только для того, чтобы как[-]то

улуч[ш]ить = to make better, улучить has another meening (улучить минутку — to find a minute, to spare a minute)

что рядом со [] мной [] существует - "со мной" hyphen not needed (= with me); comma not needed

человек[,] который

Well

улучить - smth like "find" or "catch"
If you meen "making better" - улучшить (лучший)

then
со мной, not "со-мной" (you just don't need "-" - "со" и "мной" are two different words
but
как-то, not "как то", "то" is a part of word

About commas:
Ты понимаешь, (end of main sentence) что ты...

Here I'm not really sure - but we hane rule about "то" - with it we use less commas.
только тогда, когда в то время как ты

человек, который - "который" is usually opening of sentence, so there must be comma) - in two places in the text

P.S you may tell me about my mistakes)))

You should put the comma after "счастлива", otherwise the meaning is different:
"счастлива только тогда, когда" means you are happy only when a certain fact occurs, and "ты понимаешь, что счастлива, только тогда, когда..." means that you realize this only when this occurs.

Besides, you can remove some unnecessary words from this sentence and make the structure more simple and straightforward:
Ты понимаешь, что по-настоящему счастлива, когда у тебя ужасное настроение, и человек который тебя любит, посылает вот такую смску:
