I'm trying to translate it, and I'm completely at a loss.

It's a letter I've been given to translate.

It's a crazy piece written by someone accusing someone in her building of being a thief and a whore. No punctuation anywhere, all handwritten, and all of the sentences read like run ons and fragments.

the author also uses the word бодверг and подбодверг, which I couldn't find in any dictionary. I'm assuming it's something along the lines of perverted, depraved... scum... But I don't know
