I'm trying to translate it, and I'm completely at a loss.

Чума дохлая
одни уже кости
от твоих .....[мужики]
тягайся всеравно
никому не нужна только
на сутки

Can we get some context.
I'll try a few without it:
Чума - plague дохлая - dead (or possibly dead like). ALtogether possibly a description or an address to somebody who does not look very healthy.
одни уже кости - only bones (left?) - again possibly a desription of somebody who looks "all skin and bones". Although could also indicate that there is nothing left after a feast but bones.
от твоих .....[мужики] - from yours ... [man] impossible to know without conext
тягайся всеравно -impossible to know without conext looks like a sentence fragment
никому не нужна только - same as above
на сутки - for a day

дохлая here rahter means white-livered.

I can figure out that that is some kind of invective.

The central meaning of тягайся is compete, based on context the meaning could be different.

I can suggest that it addressed to a woman of easy virtue, saying that she become so unattractive that despite of competing efforts nobody needs her longer than for a day.

You think that lines are independend? I think, that it is the one statement: "Чума дохлая, одни уже кости от твоих .....[мужики], ... тягайся, все равно никому не нужна, только на сутки"

Чума дохлая - most probably refers to somebody who's in poor (probably very poor) health...

одни уже кости - there's a phrase кожа да кости meaning being exhausted of sickness, labor, malnutrition or a combination of thereof. Одни уже кости may be just that or the next step in that direction.

Now, if you go back to чума дохлая, you can probably add to the poor health the poor mental state, maybe a mental disorder or obsession. We sometimes say чумной/чумовой when we want to emphasize somebody's craziness or restlessness, e.g. носится как чумной/чумовой/заводной (i.e. running and can't stop or be stopped). The context may clarify this.

тягайся - тягаться - to compete/contend, measure one's strength. May also means to struggle.

никому не нужна - literally to be of no use to anybody...
только на сутки - just for a day/night; i.e. one night stand, no serious relationship

you shouldn't take that literally

it's addressed to a woman (obviously) from an ex-lover (probably), or mother (could be)

the woman does not have a boy-friend (long time relationship) or family

she is still trying to find someone, but getting old and less attractive

and the one who is saying that feels sorry, and -

Чума дохлая = "you're becoming old, almost dead"
одни уже кости = "so skinny [not young and sexually attractive]"
от твоих ..... = "because of lots of lovers you change so often"
тягайся всеравно = "do whatever you want"
никому не нужна = "nobody needs you [for a long time relationship]"
только на сутки = "only for a night [sleep with you]"
