learn_russianHow would you say "random" (or something similar) in Russian? For example: "That is the most random thing I've ever heard."

EDIT: What I mean by "random" is: something someone does or says which is completely unrelated to anything at that moment and is often looked at as humorous. It is slang for when someone just says or does something totally "off-the-subject". Out-of-the-blue is probably the closest phrase to this word (that I can think of at the moment).
