In this entry in [livejournal.com profile] ru_ubuntu, I read the following:
... проблема в том, что человеческих драйверов под линукс sis никогда не выпускали.
[EDIT: “The problem is that SIS never released adequate/acceptable/tolerable drivers under Linux.” Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] alon_68 and others for the meaning of человеческий and to [livejournal.com profile] dair_spb for correcting my misunderstanding of the sentence structure.]
Can anybody tell me exactly what человеческий means here? Obviously there’s the meaning “human” or “humane”, but I have the feeling that this sentence involves some kind of jargon usage. Maybe “open-source”?

It's slang expression meaning something like "acceptable, bearable for a human being" :)

And "sis" here stands after "под линукс", so it's the subject here. Thus the translation should be something like this: "The problem is that SIS (the company) never released "bearable for a human being" (человеческих) Linux drivers".

Thus the sentence tells about SIS company, not about drivers for SIS hardware from third-party vendors ;-)

Acceptable...sometimes understandable (for examle: ты можешь объяснить мне по-человечеки? Can you explain it to me normal? (on the way I can understand it).

Adequate.

SOmetime it means convinient (jargon). FOr txample.
Ты можешь поставить сюда человеческую ОС вместо BSD??
Can you install more convinient OS here instead of BSD.

"человеческий" has emotional component. It means here something, that would never raise problems. Will never make you do something to fix it. Never force you to waste your time and nerves.

That's less slang, more emotions

This is not the first time I see you trying (not exactly successfully, though) to misguide people here, and to make some fun of them. It is OK as a single event, but I do not like it as a trend. I have to remind that this community is educational, and definitely not a place for making fun out of people who ask serious questions.

(if it still matters)

i beleave that "человеческий" here simply means "good". maybe "good enough to be (effectively) used". yes, the emotional component is strong, for sure. (just think about it as a comparison - if the drivers would be good enough to be used by some non-human beings, with weird (from our point of view) logic, or something - so they're NON-HUMAN, and human beings will have severe problems using it. and vice-versa).

also, i would suggest use "for Linux" rather than "under Linux". the drivers in fact might be written using developement tools on any OS, but they're made to be used under benamed OS - so FOR Linux.
