"я не ЕЩЕ не ЗНАЮ русский язык"
"но я попробую" - I think it's good
"Я НАДЕЮСЬ ты ПОЙМЕШЬ меня"

"надежда" - it's noun for HOPE
"я надеюсь" - I hope

the second sentence is rather difficult to understand, could you please write also your idea in english? perhaps Я еще не очень хорошо знаю русский язык, но я попробую.
the lsat sentence Я надеюсь, ты понимаешь меня.

P.S. ъ and ь never go after a vowel.

I think in this case it'll be right to say "Я еще не очень хорошо знаю русский язык, но я стараюсь". Пробую - it's like I am trying to know... Not so correct, isn't it? Стараюсь - I'm trying to make it better.

The sentence is completely incorrect, that's true, but it's easy to understand for a native speaker.
Apparently, he meant "Я еще не знаю русский, но я учусь. Надеюсь, вы меня понимаете."

As for me i know english... My english is not perfect & there are a lot of mistakes in the speech, but never the less...

You've already received corrections from the others, so I'll just throw in a quick note for you. The "ты" form is used when you're taking to a single person that you can speak to in a familiar fashion. For the sake of your post, it is understandable, but I would suggest using the "vy" form, as it is what you use when addressing multiple people.

I suppose it is more correct to use future tense in the las sentence.

"Я надежда ты понимаъ меня:)" -> "Надеюсь, ты поймешь меня :)"

Use some kind of electronic vocabulary, like "Lingvo". It will help you. At least, you will not tangle nouns and verbs if you use it.

But some kind of grammar hand-book will be nessesary for you, because in dictionaries you will get words in infinitive, and it will be difficult for you to transform nouns to different cases and verbs - to different persons.

you should use:

Привет, как дела?
Я ещё не знаю русский язык как следует, но я стараюсь('пробую' acceptable too but 'стараюсь' matched this case better)
Надеюсь, что ты меня понимаешь (if you hope your friend understands you right now)
Надеюсь, что ты меня поймешь (if you hope your friend will understand your next sentences)
Надеюсь, что ты меня понял/поняла (if you hope your friend male/female understood your previous sentences)

Few words to russian consultants:
Народ, вы же видите, что у англоязычных основная проблема не со словарным запасом, а с построением фраз и устоявшимися выражениями. >>"как твои дела?" - it's correct. Какой нахрен correct, если у нас никто так не здоровается?

imho this text ought to be translated in more informal style
"Как дела?
Я только начал учить русский) Надеюсь ты поймешь меня."
"How are you?
I began to study russian) I hope, you will understand me"

Of course, there are a lot of other translations of this phrase. And all of them are approximately right.
