Yes you can, you can also say it backwards or just in plain Albanian, but this doesn't make it CORRECT :)

Of course, a lot of people use both of variants without thinking which of'em is correct. People just warming over mistakes in speech they're heard from other people.
So if I'm not right, I'll ask my Linguistic teacher...
