Wrong. In Russian the proverb you mentioned is "Кто рано встаёт, тому Бог подаёт".

Not exact again. The English proverb says both about the health and the wealth.
Two of the three Russian proverbs say about health only, the remaining one says about wealth only.

As far as I am concerned this is actually not a proverb but rather a slogan which was spread during the Soviet times to promote the idea of morning exercises ("зарядка"). The soledad's translation seems to be exact :)

usually used with ironic undertone as an answer to polite routine quiestions of 'how are you' type, something like this:

- Hi, how are you?

- Never better! (muttering "what do you care?" under one's breath)

"Всё в порядке, спасибо зарядкe", not здоровье. Never heard it with "здоровье" in real life :-)

While literally it means "I’m fine, thanks to the morning exercises", the morning exercises are there just for the rhyme. This is not at all a sign of sayer doing any morning exercises ever. Saying this one would not even think about exercises :-)

It’s not about health, howeven it can be used when asked directly, like in "Как здоровье?" - "В порядке, спасибо зарядке". And even in this case it would not be related to real morning exercises much.

I don’t know of any English rhymed saying which is used as a reply to "Hey how are you?" to mean "I’m fine" :-)

On the other hand, I've never heard it with "всё", only with "здоровье".
