May. 10th, 2007 06:12 pmI'm having a very difficult time explaing how to make blini for a class assignment (which is admittedly above the level which we are at right now because we have learned no specific cooking verbs, just готовить).
I would like to know how to say separate an egg, beat an egg, and would жарить work for blini? I don't know that they're really fried... I suppose they are. Also it would be helpful to know how to say melted butter.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
