hello,
I would appreciate help with understanding this sentence:

Город дает благодарный фактический материал для заполнения прибакулочной схемы и сродных ей, что очевидно из приведенных примеров Гоголя, Маяковского и Хлебникова

In particular, I am interested in the bolded words.

Any help would be appreciated

thank you
t.

MORE:

there's another instance of a similar word

Прием, оправданный в прибакуловке юмористическим применением...

and earlier: Возьмем прибакуточку типа: “Шел я, стоит избушка, зашел, квашня женщину месит, я и усмехнул, а квашне не понравилось, она хватит печь из лопаты, хотела ударить; я через штаны скочил, да и порог вырвал, да и убежал”

not sure if they are all related

still confused and in the dark

t.

благодарный — gratifying

прибакулочной - there is no such word. Where did you get the sentence?

I am not so sure about 'gratifying'

1) "Прибакулочный" IS an adj. from 'прибакулка/прибакулочка'
2) "Прибакулка" IS NOT a typo, but a dialect variant from "прибаутка"

прибакулочной - definitely a typo. Does not look like any Russian word I know and I cannot even start guessing what it was.

благодарный - in this context, rich material

Could be a constructed word, after the manner of Khlebnikov himself.

благодарный is possible an off-print or smth, благодаТный looks more right here.
"Прибакулочный" - I can't figure out what that is. May be a new word based on the name of Gogol's hero Бакула (or was there Вакула? I don't remember).

i guess there's wrong spelling
благодарный - there is such a word. but in the context there should be благодатный
прибакулочный - there is no such word, but i guess прибауточный was meant

no, it should not be благодатный

Even if you never came across "благодарный материал" before, you surely have heard "неблагодарная работа".

Yandex (http://ya.ru) gives only three examples (http://www.yandex.ru/yandsearch?rpt=rad&text=%EF%F0%E8%E1%E0%EA%F3%EB%EE%F7%ED%FB%E9) of the word, all of them by Jackobson.
It wasn't a good idea of him to coin that word.

Well, «прибакулочный» is definitely not a typo, it seems to be derived from the Northern dialectism «прибакулка», known as «прибаутка» in Standard Russian.

You can find that word here (http://www.booksite.ru/fulltext/sev/ern/yye/4.htm). By the way, there are very interesting fairy tales of Archangel region with striking Northern dialect peculiarities, namely:
1) definite article is used;
2) «ѣ» is not equal to «е»;
3) «ц» instead of «ч», and some more.
