I keep on forgetting how to decline numerals. For example:

"My village is located twenty-seven kilometres from Moscow."

Does it translate to "Моя деревня находится в двадцать семи километрах от Москвы"? Or does "twenty" decline too?

Yes, but you can rephrase it to avoid declining the numbers:

[Расстояние] от этой деревни до Архангельска - тысяча сто семьдесят девять километров.
This construction requires nominative case.
