Or if any other common sayings come to mind (especially pertaining to love/relationships), could you please share them here, with literal/figurative translation.

I would love to remind that there are many people in this community who still cannot understand your jolly chatter, though they definitely would like to.

This is why the working language of this community is English, and if you comment in Russian, you are expected to translate your comment to English as well.
