Is there an equivalent Russian saying to the English one "The way to a man's heart is through his stomach"?
Or if any other common sayings come to mind (especially pertaining to love/relationships), could you please share them here, with literal/figurative translation.

Yes. The direct equivalent is "Путь к сердцу мужчины лежит через его желудок".

Милые бранятся - только тешатся /When two sweethearts have quarrel they only have fun/
Бабы каются, а девки замуж собираются /~ Women, they feel sorry, but girls, they want to marry/
С милым рай и в шалаше /With the dear one, a hovel turns into a paradise/ - probably there is an English equivalent to that, but I do not know it yet
/a bit rude but very common one.../ Любовь зла, полюбишь и козла /Love is evil, you might fall in love with a billy-goat/
