learn_russianSo I am curious about transliteration of Russian words into the Latin alphabet. Is it OK to use "j" instead of "y" for the letter "я", i.e. to write "do svidanija" instead of "do svidaniya"? I have seen it done both ways, but I personally like the way it looks with the j better. Am I in the minority, or are both variations acceptable?
