how would you say "catchy" in Russian -- as in "a catchy tune"
the translations in the dictionary don't seem like the right kind of words -- I might be wrong, though

and

is there a Russian equivalent to "who cares" ?

usually not "мотив", but "мотивчик" - в таком контексте, с негативной коннотацией.
