do you want them simply translated into russian? found equivalent in Russian?
I don't know some of the idioms that you gave.
also, do you want the idioms in russian or in English inthe second part?

1) Put one's nose out of joint = утереть нос кому-либо

2) I haven't found "keep your nose out of joint", but got two examples with "get one's nose out of joint":

You get your nose out of joint too easily about stuff like that — Зачем обижаться на такую ерунду?

Now, don't get your nose out of joint. She didn't mean it — Хватит, не бери в голову. Она просто пошутила.

3) speak with ones tongue in one's cheek -- говорить/цедить сквозь зубы? (not sure)

4) to work tooth and nail -- вкалывать, пахать, работать засуча рукава

5)got it in by the skin of my teeth -- мне еле-еле/чудом/едва это удалось

6)keep my hair on -- I found "keep your hair on" -- не кипятись, не лезь в бутылку, не заводись

7) put one's foot in it -- saying something stupid: ляпнуть несуразицу, сморозить чушь; screw something up: дать маху, сесть в лужу

Hope this helps. Not sure about all...

That's not it, i think. To speak with one's tongue in one's cheek means to speak insincerely or ironically. I don't think that there is a Russian idiom for this at all, maybe говорить, держа кукиш в кармане (this means to speak insincerely) is more or less it.

And "говорить/сказать не без задней мысли", too, may be.

No, I don't think it's the same.

Ironically, not insincerely.

Well, i got that from an idiom dictionary, it must have been wrong.
Кукиш в кармане is no good, then.

Yes, if that's the meaning, then "говорить, держа кукиш/фигу в кармане" is the most appropriate variant.

These are the ones that came into my mind:
nose
совать нос (не в свое дело, во всё, в чужие дела) - keep intruding into other people's business
tongue
молоть языком - speak non-stop
ears
все уши прожужжать - tell a person a lot about the same thing:
Она мне про него все уши прожужжала - She keeps talking to me about him all the time.
fingers
не ударить пальцем о палец - not even try to do something
bones
кожа да кости - describing a skinny person
foot
ноги моей больше здесь не будет - I will never ever come here again

My two cents

hair/волос (волосы):

висеть на волоске - to hang by a thread
E.g. Но учти - твоя жизнь висит на волоске. Mind you your life is hanging by a thread now.

быть на волосок от чего-либо - to be on the verge of something
E.g. Их агент был на волосок от провала. Their spy was on the verge of exposure.

ears/уши

(мне/ему/ей, etc.) медведь на ухо наступил - used to describe a person that does not have an ear for music, sings off key, etc. Not very polite. :-)

E.g. Давайте нашу? А ты лучше молчи, тебе медведь на ухо наступил. Let's sing our favourite! And you just shut up, you can't sing.

ушами хлопать - colloquial, to understand nothing, or to miss a chance due to slowness, etc.
E.g. И тут они заговорили о структурной лингвистике... Сижу, ушами хлопаю. And then they got to structural linguistics... And I just sat there like an idiot.
Пока ты тут ушами хлопал, билеты кончились. The tickets were sold out while you waited around.
