I was curious as to the meaning of (translit.) Za uspiekh nashevo beznadiozhnovo diela!, could anyone give me an english translation? I believe it means something in the vicinity of To the success of our hopeless task!

and I would say, there are some grammar mistakes, its correct like that:
Za uspeh nashego beznadjozhnogo dela!

but anyway TRANSLIT is very flexible and has no exact rules in writing it.

yeah... an "e" in Cyrillic can be transliterated as an e, a je, a ie... I think it depends on what you're transliterating for? To a German, a "je" or a "jo" would be the proper sound... for an American, it generally isn't.

And yes, translit is very flexible. "uspiekh" may be writtens as "uspeh", "diela" like "dela". It transliterate letters, not prononsation (sp?).
