I've used www.zvuki.ru to download some songs and now I think it doesn't let people download anymore...at least not all the songs. Are there any other sites? Thanks. Oh I'm new here by the way, hello everyone.

http://www.mp3search.ru has free and higher-quality commercial section (not that expensive, 1GB = appr.10$).
