я хочу на россии ехать, и я могу летом ехать на ижевск и англицкий язык преподавать. что вы думаете?

I would like to go to Russia and I have an opportunity to go to Izhevsk for part of the summer and teach English. What are your opinions? Is it a nice area/safe place to go?

It's more like "I want to ride Russia, and I can make an assault on Izhevsk in the summer [presumably a tank offensive, since ехать], and teach English".

Runglish reversed, I admire the sentence on that webpage, "Izhevsk is primarily known for the works of Kalashnikov and of Chaikovsky." :)
