Mac OS X has approx. 10 diffrent cyrillic fonts. All of them has CY index. F.e. Helvetica CY, Geneva CY etc.

I don't know how to get my computer to type in cyrillic... I'm confused:-/

Have you tried this site? I used to russify my MAC with their help, successfully, though I am very far from an IT person.
