Translator services

Is there anyone in this community that would be willing to offer translation services for communicating with a person in Russia?

I ask because so many of you seem incredibly generous with your help and time in learning, and while my career doesn't currently allow me to take Russian as a second language, there may be a time in the near future when I'll need the services of someone fluent, and I'd like to not be gouged by an agency.

I appreciate any thoughts or comments in advance.

This might be off topic and highly inappropriate, but I'm not sure where else to ask...

I totally fell in love with the Russian Winnie the Pooh, and have also found a variety of things referring to Hedgehog in the Fog, as well as Chibarushka (I'm sure I butchered that spelling). I can't find those anywhere in the states. Does anyone know of a site or torrent where I might download them and other Russian cartoons?
