Excuse me for the terrible beginner's question, but I've been unable to find examples to figure this out from: when used to mean "everything", does всё inflect?

I know it inflects when it's used to modify a noun ...

And a second question, one that's not so horribly simple: does anyone know how the prefix вы- became stressed in perfective verbs, but never stressed in imperfective verbs? It seems like an odd contrast to me.

No other prefixes that I'm aware of behave this way. Are there any that I don't know about?

Um. Hello.

I sort of joined this community on a whim - but I do have another reason, I swear! I'm going to be spending a month in Moscow this summer, working in a hospital, so I figure that some familiarity with the language might help me - as things stand, I know nothing... Which is a little unfortunate, to say the least.
