Cooking vocab

I am teaching a lesson on Russian cuisine and giving some basic cooking vocabulary. Are all of these correct? Also, is there anything else really basic that I am forgetting (I'm sure there is)?

готовить – cook

варить - boil 

жарить - fry

выпекать - bake

добавить - add

перемешивать - stir
