Internet email usage

What would you say if you wanted to apologize for spamming someone's inbox? Like if you're unsure if they received your email and so you send it again 'just in case', but you don't want to look too persistent?

Believe it or not, this is unrelated to my last post. :)

That is a way to highlight that the correspondent is highly unsatisfied in the addressee's communication habits.
