Hi All,

Is there a Russian expression for "Time flies!" If so, would it just be, время летит?

"годы летят" - about longer period or in global.

"время пролетело (незаметно)" - about some period we are talking about.

In Russian, time can do almost anything. :-)
It depends on context. "Время летит", "время идет", "время бежит", "время уходит", "время течет" or poetically "время утекает, как песок сквозь пальцы".

Also, if you meah smth like "Oh, time flies! We have not seen each other for years!"
You can use the idiom "Сколько лет, сколько зим."

И хором бабушки твердят:
"Как наши годы-то летят!"

(Пушкин, "Евгений Онегин")
