Can anyone tell me anything about the news organization Агентство Политических Новостей Северо-Запад? Like, what political biases would you attribute to them? I'm trying to make sense of a weird map that TinEye says was posted on their site, but I can't find the article to go with it.

Vice versa. They advocate the separation of the Caucasus from Russia

Don't use russian web-sites as political information sources.

russian engine of LJ is not complete site, just platform without concrete information.
russian lj-users' blogs is not one site but many different sources with a lot of different opinions and views. Of course you can use them as information source if you can remember at any moment you use personal' points of views, not the objective info.

Main matter of my previous comment is that all russian political sites are paid by someone and they don't give you real information but just that part they want you to see.
