A couple of phrases that I couldn't figure out how to say in Russian. Any suggestions are appreciated. 

"drooping mustache"
and
"a size too large" (about clothes)

Yandex gives 4484 hits for вислые усы and 4884 hits for висячие усы which makes me think that these two versions are about equally correct. For example, Sholokhov uses вислые усы for one of his characters.

To me "висячие" sounds like very long moustache with long, loosely hanging ends ("турецкие усы"), while "вислые" are just drooping moustache -- of the sort we'd call "польские усы". Maybe it's just me, though.
