Apr. 19th, 2010 06:19 amHello everyone,
I have been a long-time lurker on this community. i became interested in Russian because I was fascinated by the different Cyrillic alphabet (I speak/write Chinese and English, and I must say I do not like the mutated simplified Chinese characters.) and after finding out more I fell in love with everything else too x) I'm attempting to pick up the language via web resources solely (due to there being no courses in my country, I kid you not!) and I must thank you all for helping me to improve my rudimentary Russian, even though I still do not really understand most of what's going on all the time. Hopefully I will be able to in the future!
I have a question which I hope to inconvenience you with. Right now I'm using this http://www.auburn.edu/~mitrege/russian/exercises/lesson-index.html for my "studying", and was wondering if there might be more online web resources with specific translation exercises?

Date: 2010-04-19 03:25 pm (UTC)I have less of a problem reading Russian than translating from English to Russian. I'm guessing it's a problem common to learners of whatever language it is heh.
