Hey there,

I got my host family info.   Am I reading this wrong, cause it seems like these people have animals in there home?

It looks more like a question in a form, not a statement of fact.
Like what you have in the second line before the colon.

I guess no... There is an unfulfilled field, where your host family have to describe itself. In that filed they should describe what equipment they have, do they have pets, Does somebody from the family have an allergy, etc) and that filed is empty. Then you have another field to fill - how many members do they have. And the answer is 2 members.

Therefore, If I were you and this question were critical to me, I would asked it in advance.
