Translation question.

Ok.  I am working with a 1915 article entitled "Advice to Young Women, Attitudes toward Husband, Family, and Society"  I want to include this quote in my paper.  

Работа их серенькая, незаметная, но она велика, и люди ее отражаются на всей общественной жизни. 
На эта ли незаметная женщина воспитывает будущие устои общества , будущих граждан?
На она ли свет в души и умны подрастающего поколение тe семена, пышный восход которых дает духовная политическая и общественная настроение в будущем ? 
Женщина  мать незаметно участвует в ход истории.   
So far I have:

Their work is dull and imperceptible, but it is great, and it influences people in all of social life. 
Whether or not the imperceptible woman raises future foundations of society, or future citizens?  
.........
The woman mother imperceptibly participates in a course of history.  

I am having a hard time with the third sentence.  Can anyone help. Also, are my other translations correct.  I am horrible at these!

"Серенькая" maybe is not "dull" (boring, monotonous), just "not bright"
Is the third sentence you typed correct? Maybe, "Не она ли сеет в души и умы подрастающего поколения семена, пышный всход которых..."?

Well, it seems like it supposed to sound like : Не она ли сеет в души и умы подрастающего поколения те семена, пышный восход которых даёт духовные и политические настроения в будущем.

Whether or not ... does not seem to be a good translation for "не она ли..."
It is much better to use
"Isn't it she who... etc.", or "None other than she..."

Imperceptible seems like a bad choice for me too, I would say inconspicuous. Imperceptible is something you cannot see, and in this case незаметный just means that it does not catch the eye, not that it is physically invisible.

As to the third sentence, you obviously skipped a word and made a typo in another one. It should be "не она ли сеет в души и умы..." - None other than she sows into souls and minds...

Your translation IS pretty literal and word-for-word, I don't know why you say it is not literal. But it works OK here, this is a pretty straightforward sentence and there is no need to invent anything.

The only thing, "mood" is about personal emotions, and общественное настроение is more like public opinion, maybe even something like a consensus.

"общественное настроение" - "public opinion", something like "a consensus" or even "sentiment".

In the second line I suppose it should be "...raises future foundations of society, future citizens". You have "or" here, which I can't understand, and if it was a misprint, then "of" is also unnesessary here. As I understand the phrase, she "raises future sitizens", not "foundations of future sitizens". It makes more sense this way, though both ways to understand it are possible if you see only on the grammar.

No doubt the third sentece contains a missprint. Not "свет", but "сеет".
